Summary
This study looks at whether a supervised exercise program can improve heart function, exercise capacity, and quality of life in people with heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. About 40 adults with stable heart failure will take part. The goal is to see if exercise can lower lung blood pressure and help the heart pump better.
