Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised exercise program can improve heart function and quality of life for people with heart failure and pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Researchers will measure oxygen use during exercise and blood pressure in the lungs. The study aims to enroll 40 adults with stable heart failure.
