Zapping muscles vs. stretching bands: new study tests best exercise for cancer patients

Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise program works better for people undergoing cancer treatment. It will compare traditional flexi band resistance training to different programs using whole-body electrical muscle stimulation (WB-EMS). Researchers will measure effects on muscle strength, body composition, fatigue, and overall quality of life in 100 cancer patients over 12 weeks.
