Zap or stretch? new study tests two exercise methods to fight cancer weakness
NCT ID NCT04067167
Summary
This study is testing two different exercise programs to help people with cancer feel better during treatment. Researchers will compare traditional flexi band resistance training to whole-body electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) over 12 weeks. They want to see which method better improves muscle strength, body composition, reduces fatigue, and boosts overall quality of life for 100 patients receiving cancer therapy.
