Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week Pilates exercise program could improve breathing in overweight and obese women. 54 women took part, doing core and abdominal exercises three times a week. Researchers measured lung function, breath-holding time, and quality of life before and after the program. The goal was to see if these exercises can help women with excess weight breathe easier and feel healthier.
