Pilates for better breathing: new study targets overweight women

Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week Pilates exercise program can improve breathing and overall health in overweight and obese women. 48 women will be split into an exercise group and a control group. Researchers will measure lung function, breath-holding time, and quality of life before and after the program.
