Summary
This study is observing 100 adults with treatment-resistant depression who are already prescribed esketamine nasal spray in real-world settings. Researchers are tracking how well it works, who responds best, and how it affects people's daily lives and functioning. The goal is to better understand this treatment to help personalize care for those with difficult-to-treat depression.
