Summary
This study looks at whether giving routine heart ultrasounds to nursing home residents can help catch heart problems early and reduce emergency hospital visits. About 1,050 residents will take part, and researchers will track how well the screening works and if it leads to better treatment. The goal is to see if this simple test can improve quality of life and lower the chance of serious heart flare-ups.
