Summary
This completed Phase 1 study in 12 healthy adults tested how the antifungal drug fluconazole changes the way the body processes an experimental drug called PF-07248144. Participants took PF-07248144 alone and then again with fluconazole, and researchers measured drug levels in the blood over 10 days. The goal was to understand safety and how the drugs interact, not to treat any disease.
