Summary
This study looks at whether a lower dose of the chemotherapy drugs docetaxel and cyclophosphamide can effectively treat early-stage breast cancer in women aged 65 and older. Standard doses often cause harsh side effects in older patients. The goal is to find a dose that works well while helping women feel better physically and emotionally during treatment.
