Summary

This study aims to find out if women with deep endometriosis affecting the bowel have a higher chance of developing colorectal cancer. Researchers will compare gene activity in healthy and endometriosis-affected bowel tissue from 30 women who need surgery for their condition. The goal is to improve risk assessment and help decide when surgery is needed.
