Summary
This study aims to find genetic changes that might make people with bowel endometriosis more likely to develop colorectal cancer. Researchers will compare healthy and affected bowel tissue from 30 women having surgery for deep endometriosis. The goal is to improve risk assessment and guide decisions about surgery for those with mild or no symptoms.
