First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining two medications (Riociguat and Macitentan) with a procedure called balloon pulmonary angioplasty can improve heart and lung function in people with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). About 15 adults who cannot have surgery or still have symptoms after surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach helps the right side of the heart pump more efficiently.
