Can a Vitamin-Like supplement beat Crohn's fatigue?

NCT ID NCT06419335

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether CoQ10, a natural supplement, can reduce fatigue in people with Crohn's disease. About 60 participants will take one of two doses of CoQ10 for 8 weeks, and healthy volunteers will take it for 2 weeks. The goal is to see if fatigue improves enough to justify a larger, more definitive trial.
