Can a common supplement ease the exhaustion of Crohn's disease?
NCT ID NCT06419335
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called CoQ10 can help reduce the severe fatigue often experienced by people with Crohn's disease. It will enroll 60 participants, including people with Crohn's and healthy volunteers, to take CoQ10 for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if fatigue improves enough to justify a larger, more definitive trial in the future.
