Summary
This early-phase study tests whether CoQ10 supplements can improve fatigue in people with Crohn's disease. About 60 participants will take one of two doses of CoQ10 for 8 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in fatigue and quality of life. The goal is to see if a larger, more definitive study is worth doing.
