Summary
This study tests whether taking coenzyme Q10 (in toothpaste) and probiotics (as a daily supplement) can improve gum health in pregnant women who also receive regular dental cleanings. Forty pregnant women will be split into two groups: one gets the Q10 toothpaste plus probiotics, the other gets only the Q10 toothpaste. The goal is to see if the combination reduces plaque and gum bleeding over six months.
