Summary

This study tests whether adding coenzyme Q10 toothpaste and daily probiotics to standard dental cleanings can improve gum health in pregnant women. Forty pregnant women will be split into two groups: one gets the extra supplements, the other does not. Researchers will measure plaque, bleeding, and gum health over six months to see if the combination helps control gum disease.
