Cancer vaccine boosts immunotherapy in advanced lung and Head/Neck tumors

Summary
This study tests a vaccine called CIMAvax combined with immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab or pembrolizumab) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer or head/neck cancer that has spread. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination helps control tumor growth and extends survival. About 51 adults with these cancers are taking part.
