Can chicken soup for the brain prevent memory loss?
NCT ID NCT04555655
Summary
This study tested whether daily supplements made from chicken extract or peptides could help prevent cognitive decline in older adults. 276 participants aged 55-75 who were concerned about their memory but didn't have dementia took either the supplements or a placebo for two years. Researchers measured changes in memory, brain scans, and blood markers to see if the supplements made a difference.
