Summary
This study tests a new treatment called CD70-CAR T cells for children and young adults up to age 21 with blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, or MDS that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to better attack cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see how well it works against the cancer.
