Double-Target immune cell therapy enters human testing for tough bladder cancers

NCT ID NCT07492628

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new type of immune cell therapy for adults with advanced bladder cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors will give patients specially engineered natural killer (NK) cells designed to recognize and attack cancer cells that carry two specific markers. The study will first determine safe doses and then look for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
