Immune cell attack: new hope for tough bladder cancer?

NCT ID NCT07492628

First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced bladder cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) from a healthy donor to target and kill cancer cells. Up to 42 adults will receive the cells after a short course of chemotherapy to prepare their immune system. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
