Summary
This study tests a therapy program called the Cannabis Clinic for Psychosis (CCP) to help people with first-episode psychosis reduce or stop cannabis use. About 80 adults under early psychosis care who want to cut down will either get the CCP therapy right away or wait and receive usual care. The program includes 12 weekly sessions with a trained therapist, using techniques like motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy, with an optional online peer group.
