Summary

This study is for young adults (ages 21-45) who had certain cancers as teens or young adults. Researchers are adapting a program that helps survivors manage their health after cancer treatment. The goal is to see if this program improves survivors' confidence and ability to handle their own care. This initial phase focuses on developing and testing the program with 25 participants.
