Summary
This study looks at whether a higher dose of caffeine can help extremely premature babies (born before 28 weeks) breathe more easily and have fewer serious health problems. About 40 infants will be randomly assigned to get either the standard or a higher caffeine dose. Researchers will track their oxygen levels, need for breathing support, and complications like lung or brain injury to find the safest and most effective dose.
