Drug combo aims to shrink painful nerve tumors in NF1 patients

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, cabozantinib and selumetinib, for adults and teens (16+) with neurofibromatosis type 1 who have growing or symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors by at least 20%. About 30 participants will be enrolled in this early-phase trial.
