New combo aims to boost breast cancer treatment before chemo

Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with stage 2 or 3 breast cancer. Before standard chemotherapy, participants receive targeted radiation and an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) injected into the tumor. The goal is to see if this combination can improve the chance of eliminating all cancer cells before surgery. About 40 adults with invasive breast cancer will take part.
