First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study is for people with stage 2 or 3 breast cancer. It tests whether giving a special type of radiation (SBRT) and an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) directly into the tumor before standard chemotherapy can help shrink the cancer more effectively. The goal is to see if this approach leads to a complete disappearance of cancer in the breast tissue after all treatments. About 40 participants will take part.
