Summary

This study is testing if taking a drug called regorafenib for up to a year after finishing initial cancer treatment can help keep bone sarcomas from coming back. It will compare patients who take the drug to those who receive standard monitoring with no extra medication. The goal is to see if this maintenance therapy can extend the time patients live without their cancer returning.
