Summary
This study tests a new type of physical therapy for patellofemoral pain syndrome, a common knee condition causing pain around the kneecap. Researchers will compare body awareness-based sensorimotor rehabilitation to standard exercises in 60 adults aged 18-45. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain, improves movement quality, and boosts psychological well-being.
