First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a special exercise program that focuses on body awareness and coordination for people with patellofemoral pain syndrome (pain around the kneecap). Sixty adults with knee pain for at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to either this new rehab or standard physiotherapy. Researchers will measure changes in pain behavior, movement quality, and mental well-being to see if the new approach is more effective.
