New drug combo aims to boost immune system against Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests two experimental drugs, bintrafusp alfa and PDS01ADC, alone or with targeted radiation, in adults with metastatic bladder, kidney, or other non-prostate genitourinary cancers. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps the immune system fight cancer better. About 100 participants will receive the drugs in cycles, with some also getting radiation to a tumor site.
