Summary
This study tests whether a simplified behavioral relaxation program can improve sleep in pregnant women with insomnia. Twenty women in their second or third trimester will receive coaching calls and sleep hygiene tips. The goal is to see if this approach helps them fall asleep faster and wake less at night.
