Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BBO-10203 in about 392 adults with advanced solid tumors (like breast, lung, or colorectal cancer) that have not responded to other treatments. The drug works by blocking a key cancer growth pathway. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects, both when given alone and with other cancer medicines.
