Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called AZD6244 combined with standard chemotherapies in 140 people with advanced solid tumors (breast, colon, lung, melanoma, kidney). The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drugs. Participants must have no curative options and be in good physical condition.
