This study tests a hospital program to stop using NSAIDs and metamizole (common painkillers) in 84 adults with advanced chronic liver disease who need major surgery. These drugs are risky for these patients because they can cause kidney damage, fluid buildup, or bleeding. The program aims to reduce these complications and improve safety.
