This study collects tissue and blood samples from 300 people with autoimmune diseases like Crohn's, multiple sclerosis, and celiac disease. Researchers will identify which T-cells are attacking the body and what they target. The goal is to discover new targets for future treatments that could calm the immune system without lifelong medication.
