Blazing a trail: can precision radiation tame bladder Cancer's spread?

NCT ID NCT07413523

First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a precise, high-dose type of radiation (stereotactic body radiation therapy, or SBRT) to standard treatments like chemotherapy or immunotherapy can better control bladder cancer that has spread to a limited number of places (up to 3 spots). The trial will enroll 44 adults with stage IV urothelial carcinoma who are already receiving standard systemic therapy. The goal is to see if this combination improves outcomes and quality of life without causing major side effects.
