First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study is for people with bladder cancer that has spread to a small number of other body parts (up to 3 spots). It compares standard treatment (chemotherapy or immunotherapy) alone versus standard treatment plus a precise, high-dose radiation therapy called stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). The goal is to see if adding SBRT improves cancer control and quality of life. About 44 adults will take part.
