Summary

This study tests whether taking low-dose aspirin can lower inflammation in the womb lining and help prevent endometrial cancer. It involves 25 postmenopausal women who have non-atrophic endometrial changes and pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to take aspirin or not, and researchers will measure changes in inflammation markers through tissue samples.
