Summary
This study tests a two-week smartphone app program designed to help people who have trouble feeling pleasure (anhedonia), along with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. Participants will do three short daily exercises, such as savoring positive moments or practicing gratitude, delivered through audio recordings on their phone. The goal is to see if these exercises can improve their ability to feel pleasure and reduce psychological distress.
