Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that guides slow, paced breathing can help adults with chronic migraine have fewer headaches and feel better. Thirty participants will use the app for 10 minutes daily over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, at-home technique is a practical way to reduce migraine frequency and improve quality of life.
