This study looked at 107 women having a first-time cervical procedure (LEEP) for abnormal cells. Researchers compared how local anesthesia (cervical block) versus general or spinal anesthesia affected the size of the removed tissue. The goal was to see if the anesthesia method influences surgical precision. Results could help doctors choose the best anesthesia for future procedures.
