Summary
This observational study will follow 50,000 people with Alzheimer's or related dementias for many years, collecting medical information from routine doctor visits. Researchers hope to better understand how the disease progresses and how well treatments work in everyday practice. Participants continue their normal care while contributing data to help answer important questions about Alzheimer's worldwide.
