Summary
This study tested a new imaging agent called [18F]APN-1607 to see if it can help diagnose Alzheimer's disease. Researchers compared brain scans from 230 people, including those with Alzheimer's, mild cognitive impairment, and healthy volunteers. The goal was to see if the tracer shows different patterns in each group, which could improve early detection.
