Summary
This study tested a new imaging agent called [18F]APN-1607 to see if it can help diagnose Alzheimer's disease using PET scans. Researchers compared brain scan patterns in 230 people with Alzheimer's, mild cognitive impairment, and healthy volunteers. The goal was to improve early and accurate detection of Alzheimer's.
