NCT ID NCT05173064
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered app can guide people with knee osteoarthritis through exercises as effectively as in-person physiotherapy. About 176 adults aged 50 and older with knee pain will be split into two groups: one receiving standard in-person sessions, the other using the AI app after an initial visit. The goal is to see if the app can reduce pain and improve daily function over 12 weeks.
