Summary
This study looked at how age and body fat affect inflammation in 100 veterans. Researchers wanted to see if losing a moderate amount of weight and increasing aerobic exercise could lower inflammation. Participants followed a weight loss and exercise program to measure changes in inflammatory chemicals produced by fat tissue.
