Summary

This study is testing whether a lower dose of the immunotherapy drug nivolumab, given less often, can still control advanced cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this cheaper, simpler approach works as well as the standard dose, which could make treatment more accessible worldwide. About 50 adults with various cancers, including melanoma, lung cancer, and kidney cancer, will take part.
