Summary
This study tests whether educational videos and guided appointments help young adults with advanced cancer discuss and document their future medical care preferences. Researchers want to see if these tools make it easier for patients to have these important conversations early in their treatment. The study involves 50 participants aged 18-39 who have been recently diagnosed with advanced solid tumors or high-grade brain tumors.
